Welcome to Overfit! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Overfit mobile application operated by Overfit. By accessing or using Overfit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App Overfit provides tools and services for fitness professionals and individuals, including messaging, program creation, AI-generated recommendations, and group features. You agree to use Overfit for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App’s software

Use of the Overfit app and any related content is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, health problems, or damages that may result from the use of the App.
